how people r going 2 celebrate new year..wt full of enthusiasm nd xcitment/ with full of parties/with full josh/ dances/songs/spirtual feel..any way...every 1 welcomes new year in their their own style..........................




we hav 2 regret the past nd welcome the new year...welcomng the new year is notng but not gvng up all the past...... ..actualyy wat i mean to say ... 2010 s not very good year fr me.... itz very bad .... i dnt knw hw it happend..nd i recognize ..after every thing is not in my hands .... i cant say tats my fate..i dont knw whethr im FORTUNATE r nt....????


As i knw well ts s life it s full of differnt EXPERIENCES ... bt im unabl 2 digest fr wat all tngs happnd...as bad year /time startd fr me ..i hav 2 face ..i should not distb others..... many no of drops fall in ocean ..lyy some wl b sustain as pearl... nyhw i dont knw how many holy dips i hav 2 take ...2 get out of ts .......ya i tnk god s givng oppurtnty 2 knw watz life??? wat kind of pblms will arise...in diffent feilds..nd hw 2 manage them....kk... hm.....

CHOLESTEROL


DID U KNOW ABOUT CHOLESTROL?? i think every body are familiar with this word..nowadays...it is major problem..destroying the human lives......every one bordering about this ..and try to control themselves...
ManyInnnovating market products are releasing out..to pretend the people that they take part to control this...innocent people are spending more ...they dont think even it is useful r not...anywyy..the most booming word is this...

Now i take part 2 Aware the people around me..what i know... in simple way




CHOLESTEROL is a Lipid molecule with four ringed structure which occurs in the plasma membrane of the animal cells..but not seen in plants.It acts as a precursor of the animal
Steroid harmones and Bile acids . It is called " NOTORIOUS" as it is major cause of heart diseases.
There are 2 types of cholesterol namely
1.LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN CHOLESTEROL( BAD CHOLESTEROL)
2.HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN CHOLESTEROL( GOOD CHOLESTEROL)



HOW IT HARMS:-
LIVER is responsible for the continous production of cholesterol which in fasting stage represents the body primary source of circulating triglyceride energy.this particles when subjected to lipase digestion the resulting particle is not cleared rapidly by liver .,which undergo additional remodeling to produce cholesterol enriched particle which has plasma life of 3 years. when this level rises it leads to coronary heart diseases.

"ADOLPH WIDAUS" WHO RECEIVED NOBLE PRIZE FOR GIVING STRUCTURE TO THIS.


LDL CHOLESTEROL /LDL-C grows by intake of eggs and dairy products which triggers heart problems so this is called as "BAD CHOLESTEROL"..if it is under control..heart,brain,kidney will work properly.
HDL CHOLESTEROL -is synthesized in liver .it is smallest and abundant lipo protein .it transfers cholesterol from pheripheral tissues to liver for excretion.it is CARDIOPROTECTIVE.SO IT IS CALLED GOOD CHOLESTEROL.it contains the enzyme "lecithin cholestrolacetyl transferase"

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES:Increased level of cholesterol leads to
1.HYPERTENSION(BP)
2.ISCHAEMIC HEART DISEASES( INSUPPLY OF BLOOD TO HEART)
3.CORONARY THROMBOSIS
4.ATHEROMAL ATHEROSCLE(DEPOSITION OF CHOLESTEROL IN TUNICA MAXIMA AND INTIMA OF BLOOD VESSELS)
5.FAMILIAL HYPER CHOLESTEREMIA



FACTORS: HERDITARY,DIETARY FACTORS.

PREVENTION:

SO MY MAIN AIM IS 2 AWARE PEOPLE

PREVENTION IS DONE IN FOLLOWING WAYS:
1.AVOID SATURATED FATS IN THE DIET
2.SWITCH OVER TO POLY UNSATURATED FATTYACIDS
3.AIM TO GET MORE THAN 30% OF ENERGY FROM FATS
4.DO REGULAR EXERCISE
5. TAKE LOW CARDIAC DIET.
6.MAINTAIN IDEAL BODY WEIGHT.
7.DONT SMOKE AND DRINK.
8. TAKE OMEGA-3 FATTYACIDS...RICH IN FISH ND FISH OIL.
9.AVOID STRESS,
10.PRACTICE GOOD SLEEP AND YOGA.

so i specifically mention this to people who are working hard.and who dont have time to take care of their health.

Dont worry even what i mentioned above are true..and there are some people who border about this ..after knowing all these..live happily today..dont border about tommorow.. bt take care..finally,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
